void acb_real_sgn(acb_t res, const acb_t z, int analytic, slong prec)source

The sign function, extended to 1 in the right half plane and -1 in the left half plane, with a discontinuity on \operatorname{Re} z = 0. Without analytic, it is the same as acb_csgn.
