#include <flint/acb_hypgeom.h>Sets res to the logarithmic integral \operatorname{li}(z) = \operatorname{Ei}(\log(z)) if offset is zero, or the offset logarithmic integral \operatorname{Li}(z) = \operatorname{li}(z) - \operatorname{li}(2) if offset is nonzero.
