int acb_hypgeom_u_use_asymp(const acb_t z, slong prec)source

Returns nonzero if the asymptotic series is expected to give U(a,b,z) to prec bits, namely if |z| > \mathit{prec} \log 2 or |z| > 2^{64} (assuming that a and b are small).
