#include <flint/acb_mat.h>void acb_mat_window_init(acb_mat_t window, const acb_mat_t mat, slong r1, slong c1, slong r2, slong c2)sourceInitialise window as a view of the submatrix of mat formed by rows r_1 \le i < r_2 and columns c_1 \le j < c_2, sharing its entries, and release it again (which frees nothing). Require 0 \le r_1 \le r_2 \le the number of rows and likewise for the columns. A window must not be used after mat has been cleared.
