#include <flint/acb_modular.h>psl2z_structpsl2z_tAn element of the modular group \mathrm{PSL}_2(\mathbb{Z}), stored as an integer matrix \begin{pmatrix} a & b \\ c & d \end{pmatrix} with ad - bc = 1, in the canonical form c \ge 0, and d > 0 if c = 0. The members a, b, c, d are of type fmpz. A psl2z_t is an array of length 1, so that it is passed by reference.
