#include <flint/acb_theta.h>int acb_theta_eld_set(acb_theta_eld_t E, const arb_mat_t C, const arf_t R2, arb_srcptr v)sourceSets E to the ellipsoid with Cholesky matrix C, squared radius R^2 = R2 and center v, and returns 1. Returns 0 (leaving E undefined) if the coordinates of its points do not fit in slong or the ellipsoid is unreasonably large.
