`arb_bernoulli_poly_ui`

void arb_bernoulli_poly_ui(arb_t res, ulong n, const arb_t x, slong prec)source

Sets res to the Bernoulli polynomial B_n(x). This is fast only if n or x is a small integer. Bernoulli numbers are read from the cache but the cache is not extended.
