void arb_exp_arf_log_reduction(arb_t res, const arf_t x, slong prec, int minus_one)source

Computes e^x (or e^x - 1) by reduction with logarithms of small primes [HJ2024]: finds integers c_i with r = x - \sum c_i \log p_i small, evaluates e^r and multiplies by \prod p_i^{c_i}.
