void arb_nonnegative_abs(arb_t y, const arb_t x)source

Sets y to a ball containing |t| for all t \in x that contains no negative numbers: [|m| \pm r] if |m| \ge r and a ball [s/2 \pm s/2] with s \ge |m| + r otherwise.
