`arb_rising_fmpq_ui`

void arb_rising_fmpq_ui(arb_t y, const fmpq_t x, ulong n, slong prec)source

Sets y to the rising factorial of the rational number x, by binary splitting. If the numerator or denominator of x is large compared to prec, arb_rising_ui on an approximation of x is faster.
