void arb_hurwitz_zeta(arb_t z, const arb_t s, const arb_t a, slong prec)source

Set z to the Riemann zeta function \zeta(s), respectively the Hurwitz zeta function \zeta(s, a). For derivatives with respect to s, use arb_poly_zeta_series.
