#include <flint/arb_mat.h>Sets mat to the matrix of Stirling numbers s(j, k): unsigned of the first kind for kind 0, signed of the first kind for 1, of the second kind for 2. A wrapper of gr_mat_stirling; the entries are computed by recurrences.
