arb_mat_swap, arb_mat_swap_entrywise
Synopsis
#include <flint/arb_mat.h>Swap two matrices. arb_mat_swap swaps the structures (also when the dimensions differ); arb_mat_swap_entrywise swaps the entries one by one and requires equal dimensions, which also works for windows.
