`_arf_set_mpn_fixed`

Synopsis#include <flint/arf.h>

int _arf_set_mpn_fixed(arf_t z, nn_srcptr xp, slong xn, slong fixn, int negative, slong prec, arf_rnd_t rnd)source

Sets z to the fixed-point number with xn limbs of which fixn are fractional, negated if negative is set, rounded to prec bits.
