arf_dump_str, arf_load_str
Synopsis
#include <flint/arf.h>arf_dump_str returns a string, to be freed with flint_free, holding the exact value of x as two hexadecimal integers (mantissa and exponent), which arf_load_str reads back exactly. arf_load_str returns nonzero if the string is not in this format.
