Synopsis
#include <flint/ca_ext.h>ca_ext_cache_structca_ext_cache_tA set of structurally distinct extension numbers: an array of pointers to heap-allocated ca_ext_struct objects together with a hash table for lookup. Each context object contains one such cache.
