Synopsis
#include <flint/ca_mat.h>void ca_mat_randops(ca_mat_t mat, flint_rand_t state, slong count, ca_ctx_t ctx)sourceModifies mat in place by at most count random additions or subtractions of one row (or column) to another. This preserves the rank and, for a square matrix, the determinant. Wrapper of gr_mat_randops.
