int d1b_div(d1b_t res, d1b_srcptr x, d1b_srcptr y)
int d2b_div(d2b_t res, d2b_srcptr x, d2b_srcptr y)

int d1b_inv(d1b_t res, d1b_srcptr x)
int d2b_inv(d2b_t res, d2b_srcptr x)
int d3b_inv(d3b_t res, d3b_srcptr x)
int d4b_inv(d4b_t res, d4b_srcptr x)

Division and inverse. Return GR_DOMAIN if the divisor is exactly zero (whatever the dividend), GR_UNABLE if it contains zero (in particular if it is the whole real line), and GR_SUCCESS otherwise, in which case res contains the quotient.

For the computed quotient q, the radius is (|x - qy| + r_x + |q| r_y)/(|y| - r_y), with the residual x - qy enclosed by the tracked kernels, so that an exact quotient of exact balls is exact. Heads outside [2^{-150}, 2^{150}] are handled by scaling (_dfloat_ball_div).
