Synopsis
#include <flint/double_extras.h>double d_randtest_special(flint_rand_t state, slong minexp, slong maxexp)sourceLike d_randtest_signed, but returns a positive number, a negative number, zero or a special value with probability 1/4 each. The special value is NaN with probability 1/2 and +\infty or -\infty with probability 1/4 each.
