Algebraic numbers: AlgebraicNumberSerialized(List(c_0, ..., c_d), enclosure) gives the root of the polynomial with integer coefficients c_0, \ldots, c_d isolated by the ball enclosure (a RealBall, or Add(RealBall(...), Mul(RealBall(...), NumberI)) for a complex ball); PolynomialRootIndexed( List(c_0, ..., c_d), k) is the k-th root (from 1) in the order of qqbar_cmp_root_order; and PolynomialRootNearest(List(c_0, ..., c_d), x) is the root closest to the number x. These are produced and read by the qqbar_get_fexpr functions and qqbar_set_fexpr (see qqbar.h).
