Synopsis
#include <flint/fft.h>random_fermat(nn, state, limbs)sourceSets the residue nn of \mathit{limbs} + 1 limbs to a random value for testing, including the extreme value 2^N and unreduced values with top limbs up to \pm 1023. Needs mpn_extras.h.
