void _fft_small_np2_pack(double * d, double * d2, nn_srcptr x, ulong xn, ulong len, ulong itrunc, ulong bits)source

Writes the first len chunks of bits \le 45 bits of (x, x_n) as doubles to both d and d2, followed by zeros up to itrunc.
