unsigned char flint_mpn_add_inplace_c(ulong * z, ulong zn, ulong * a, ulong an, unsigned char cf)source

Adds (a, a_n) and the carry cf to (z, z_n) in place, propagating the carry through at most z_n limbs, and returns the carry out. Requires z_n \ge a_n \ge 1.
