Synopsis
#include <flint/fmpq_poly.h>int fmpq_poly_fread(FILE * file, fmpq_poly_t poly)sourceReads a polynomial from the stream file, storing the result in poly.
In case of success, returns a positive number. In case of failure, returns a non-positive value.
