fmpq_poly_remove
Synopsis
#include <flint/fmpq_poly.h>slong fmpq_poly_remove(fmpq_poly_t q, const fmpq_poly_t poly1, const fmpq_poly_t poly2)sourceSets q to the quotient of poly1 by the highest power of poly2 which divides it, and returns the power. The divisor poly2 must not be constant or an exception is raised.
