`fmpz_remove`

slong fmpz_remove(fmpz_t rop, const fmpz_t op, const fmpz_t f)source

Sets rop to op with all factors f removed and returns their number, the largest v with f^v \mid op. Requires f \ge 2 (an exception is raised otherwise). For op = 0, rop is set to 0 and 0 is returned.
