fmpz_set_signed_uiui, fmpz_set_signed_uiuiui
Synopsis
#include <flint/fmpz.h>Set r to the integer whose two's complement representation with 2\mathtt{FLINT\_BITS} (respectively 3\mathtt{FLINT\_BITS}) bits is hi, lo (respectively hi, mid, lo), the most significant word first. These convert the results of double-word signed arithmetic such as smul_ppmm.
