fmpz_mat_col_partition
Synopsis
#include <flint/fmpz_mat.h>int fmpz_mat_col_partition(slong * part, fmpz_mat_t M, int short_circuit)sourceReturns the number p of distinct columns of M and sets part, of length the number of columns, so that part[i] and part[j] are equal elements of [0, p) exactly when columns i and j are equal. If short_circuit is nonzero, returns 0 as soon as p is known to exceed the number of rows. Used in van Hoeij's factoring algorithm.
