fmpz_mat_is_reduced_with_removal, fmpz_mat_is_reduced_gram_with_removal

Synopsis#include <flint/fmpz_mat.h>
int fmpz_mat_is_reduced_with_removal(const fmpz_mat_t A, double delta, double eta, const fmpz_t gs_B, int newd)source
int fmpz_mat_is_reduced_gram_with_removal(const fmpz_mat_t A, double delta, double eta, const fmpz_t gs_B, int newd)source

Returns 1 if the first newd rows of A are (\delta, \eta)-LLL-reduced and the squared Gram–Schmidt norms of the other rows are at least gs_B, and 0 otherwise. The gram variant takes the Gram matrix. These define the output condition of LLL with removals.
