fmpz_mat_permanent
Synopsis
#include <flint/fmpz_mat.h>int fmpz_mat_permanent(fmpz_t res, const fmpz_mat_t A)sourceSets res to the permanent of the square matrix A and returns 1. Squareness is not checked. Uses Glynn's formula [Gly2010], with fixed-size multiword arithmetic when the entries are small and with threads for dimensions above 10, and otherwise gr_mat_permanent_cofactor or gr_mat_permanent_glynn. The cost is O(2^n n) operations.
