#include <flint/fmpz_mat.h>fmpz * fmpz_mat_row(const fmpz_mat_t mat, slong i)sourceReturns a pointer to the first entry of row i. The entries of a row are contiguous, so the result can be passed to the vector functions of fmpz_vec.h.
