#include <flint/fmpz_mod_poly.h>int fmpz_mod_poly_fread(FILE * file, fmpz_mod_poly_t poly, fmpz_mod_ctx_t ctx)sourceReads a polynomial in the format of fmpz_mod_poly_fprint from file, sets the modulus of ctx to the modulus read (which must be at least 2) and poly to the polynomial, and returns 1 on success and 0 on failure.
