_fmpz_mpoly_fits_small
Synopsis
#include <flint/fmpz_mpoly.h>Returns whether every coefficient of the array is a small fmpz (not an mpz), that is, has at most SMALL_FMPZ_BITCOUNT_MAX bits. Products of two such coefficients fit in two words, and sums of up to 2^{\mathtt{FLINT\_BITS}/4} or so of them in three, which the heap algorithms exploit.
