Synopsis
#include <flint/fmpz_mpoly.h>fmpz_mpoly_geobucket_structfmpz_mpoly_geobucket_tA geobucket [Yan1998]: an array of polynomials of geometrically increasing lengths (powers of 4) whose sum is the value. Adding a short polynomial to a long sum costs time proportional to the short one, amortised.
