_fmpz_poly_2norm_normalised_bits
Synopsis
#include <flint/fmpz_poly.h>flint_bitcnt_t _fmpz_poly_2norm_normalised_bits(const fmpz * poly, slong len)sourceReturns an upper bound, at most one too large, for the number of bits of \|f\|_2 / |\operatorname{lc}(f)|, the Euclidean norm of (poly, len) divided by the absolute value of its leading coefficient. Requires \mathit{len} > 0 and a nonzero leading coefficient. This is used for Landau–Mignotte bounds.
