_fmpz_poly_bit_pack
Synopsis
#include <flint/fmpz_poly.h>void _fmpz_poly_bit_pack(nn_ptr arr, const fmpz * poly, slong len, flint_bitcnt_t bit_size, int negate)sourceAdds the coefficients of (poly, len), negated if negate is -1, into consecutive fields of bit_size bits of the zero-initialised limb array arr, representing negative coefficients by borrows from the next field, so that the array holds \pm f(2^b) as a nonnegative integer when the leading coefficient times the sign is positive. negate must be 0 or -1, and bit_size must exceed the bit length of every coefficient.
