#include <flint/fmpz_poly.h>ulong fmpz_poly_deflation(const fmpz_poly_t input)sourceReturn the largest n such that the polynomial is a polynomial in x^n, that is, the GCD of the exponents of its nonzero terms. Return 0 for the zero polynomial and 1 for a nonzero constant.
