Synopsis
#include <flint/fmpz_poly.h>Returns the number of sign variations of (1 + x)^{n} p(1/(1 + x)), which bounds the number of roots of (p, len) in (0, 1) and has the same parity (Descartes' rule of signs), or WORD_MAX as soon as the count exceeds bound.
