#include <flint/fmpz_poly.h>slong _fmpz_poly_hensel_continue_lift(fmpz_poly_factor_t lifted_fac, slong * link, fmpz_poly_t * v, fmpz_poly_t * w, const fmpz_poly_t f, slong prev, slong curr, slong N, const fmpz_t p)sourceContinues a lift started by _fmpz_poly_hensel_start_lift: the factors in the tree (link, v, w) are known modulo p^{\mathit{curr}} and the cofactors modulo p^{\mathit{prev}}, as returned by the previous call; the factors are lifted to p^N for N > \mathit{curr} \ge 1 and written to lifted_fac. Returns the new value of prev.
