void _fmpz_poly_pow_small(fmpz * res, const fmpz * poly, slong len, ulong e)source

Sets res to poly raised to the power e \le 4 by squarings and one multiplication. Requires \mathit{len} > 0 and room for e(\mathit{len} - 1) + 1 coefficients; no aliasing.
