Set res to the power sums p_0, \ldots, p_{n-1} of the roots of the monic polynomial poly, computed with Newton's identities; the roots at zero are counted in p_0 only. A zero polynomial raises an exception in fmpz_poly_power_sums. The underscore version writes n coefficients.
