_fmpz_vec_max_bits, _fmpz_vec_max_bits_ref
Synopsis
#include <flint/fmpz_vec.h>Return b or -b, where b is the maximum of the bit sizes of the absolute values of the entries; the sign is negative if some entry is negative. The _ref version is a simple reference implementation used in tests.
