_fq_pow
Synopsis
#include <flint/fq.h>Sets (rop, 2d - 1) to (op, len) raised to the power e \ge 0, reduced modulo f: the first d coefficients hold the reduced result and the others are zero. Requires 1 \le \mathit{len} \le d and space for 2d - 1 coefficients in rop. Does not allow aliasing. For e = 0 the result is 1.
