fq_poly_deflate, fq_poly_inflate
Synopsis
#include <flint/fq_poly.h>fq_poly_deflate sets result to g with g(x^k) = f for the polynomial f = input and k = deflation, which must divide the exponents of all nonzero terms of f; it throws FLINT_DIVZERO for k = 0. fq_poly_inflate sets result to f(x^k) for k = inflation.
