Set res to the complex conjugate, the real part, the imaginary part, the sign x / |x| (0 for x = 0), the real-valued sign used for branch cuts (csgn: the sign of \operatorname{Re}(x), or of \operatorname{Im}(x) when the real part is zero), and the argument in (-\pi, \pi].
