`gr_get_d_2exp_si`

int gr_get_d_2exp_si(double * res, slong * exp, gr_srcptr x, gr_ctx_t ctx)source

Writes a real x approximately as m 2^e with 0.5 \le |m| < 1 (or m = e = 0), which works when x is outside the range of a double.
