gr_set_interval_mid_inf
#include <flint/gr.h>Sets res to m \pm \infty, the whole real line for a real ball. In vector spaces over the reals the infinite radius is a real constant, so only the real part of a complex number, or the constant coefficient of a polynomial, gets an infinite radius, as with gr_set_interval_mid_rad.
gr_set_str parses m +/- inf (and +/- inf with m = 0) by passing m to this function without evaluating inf, so that such balls can be read back in rings where infinity is not an element. The default uses gr_pos_inf and gr_set_interval_mid_rad and returns GR_UNABLE when the ring has no infinity.
