_gr_mat_check_resize
Synopsis
#include <flint/gr_mat.h>Helper for the contexts of matrix rings and spaces (here ctx is such a context, not the coefficient ring): resizes mat to r \times c if the context allows matrices of all sizes, and otherwise returns GR_DOMAIN unless r \times c is the shape of the context.
