Set res to the exponential or the (principal) logarithm of a square matrix. The default methods use the Jordan decomposition; arb and acb override the exponential with arb_mat_exp and acb_mat_exp (scaling and squaring of Taylor series with error bounds). The Jordan versions need the eigenvalues in the ring and are meant for exact fields such as qqbar and ca; elsewhere they typically return GR_UNABLE.
