gr_poly_is_squarefree
Synopsis
#include <flint/gr_poly.h>Returns whether f is squarefree. Unless the ring is known to be a field, the answer is T_UNKNOWN. Over a field the test is \gcd(f, f') = 1; in positive characteristic a nonconstant f with f' = 0 is a p-th power and hence not squarefree if the field is finite, and T_UNKNOWN is returned if finiteness cannot be verified. Nonzero constants are squarefree and zero is not.
